NOVON Consulting to Participate in One Voice Meeting
NOVON Consulting, a member of Financial Services Institute (FSI) once again participated in the FSI’s annual One Voice meeting in San Antonio, TX. One Voice was a three day opportunity to work with the leaders of independent broker dealers and advisory firms to define objectives important to the independent services model. This year’s event marked the 5th year anniversary of One Voice.
NOVON joined leaders from other broker-dealers for dialogue on issues important to CEOs and professionals in Compliance, Investment Advisory, Marketing, and Operations. Discussions are always a much-anticipated feature of OneVoice – member firms set the agenda and determine the discussion focus. The result is meaningful topics, candid conversations, and constructive problem-solving.
FSI was formed in January 2004 as an advocacy and membership organization for independent broker-dealers and independent financial advisors. FSI is the advocacy voice for independent broker-dealers and the independent financial advisors they serve. The FSI mission is to create a healthy regulatory climate in which our members can do what they do best - provide quality and affordable financial advice, products and services to their clients.
FSI has 116 Broker-Dealer members with more than 142,000 independent registered representatives. These independent financial advisors serve more than 14 million American households. In the U.S., approximately 42.3% percent of all practicing registered representatives operate in the independent broker-dealer channel and generate more than $13 billion in annual revenues
