Description

Seeking a Business Analyst to join our Project Solutions Practice to provide high level consulting services in our Financial Services segment.  This position requires the following skills:

• Experience participating on a project team in the Business Analyst capacity
• Ability to research business issues and document business case analysis
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with Subject Matter Experts
• Write business requirements and manage requirements documentation including traceability matrix
• Experience with conducting gap analysis and documenting current and future states
• Conduct impact analysis (customer and/or internal)
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams on a project
• Communicate and assist in resolving project issues
• Capable of developing and executing test plans, test cases and test scripts
• Capable of User Acceptance Testing and defect documentation

Main Requirements for candidate

Financial Services experience, to include any of the following:

• Experience and understanding of Mutual Funds, Fixed Income or other asset classes
• Brokerage Operations
• Trust
• Investment Management or other
