We are currently seeking Business Analysts and Sr. Business Analysts in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Our teams of Business Analysts will play key roles with our clients, working on projects in several areas including banking, insurance, operations, brokerage and conversion and compliance.

Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst Position Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst • Successful project experience using a structured methodology: RUP, Use Case Development, PMBOK, SDLC, AQMS, Six Sigma, etc.
• Solid experience with gathering & documenting requirements, facilitation JAD sessions or other requirements gathering sessions
• QA and Test experience is a plus
• Experience in leadership & mentoring of other analysts is desired
• Previous consulting experience is highly desired
